Christina Porter (Invisix): ASML Spinout Building Soft X-Ray Metrology

Christina Porter, CEO of Eindhoven-based Invisix Measuring Systems, explains the company's €20M seed round and its soft X-ray metrology tools for measuring advanced chips, built on about a decade of development inside ASML before the program was licensed out. She describes chip manufacturing as building a 200-story skyscraper layer by layer, and explains that as Moore's law ran out of lateral shrink and devices went 3D, visible-light metrology hit a physical resolution limit.
